We collect information that a visitor voluntarily provides when registering for a program, requesting support, applying to volunteer, joining an event, downloading a resource, contacting our team, or making a donation.

Depending on the activity, this may include a participant’s name and age, a parent or guardian’s name and contact information, city and state, program interests, availability, goals, consent information, volunteer qualifications, and messages sent to our team.

We do not ask families or volunteers to submit Social Security numbers through this website.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and provide requested information.
• Review program, summit, volunteer, and outreach registrations.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, participants, donors, and volunteers.
• Coordinate services, scheduling, safety steps, and program follow-up.
• Send requested resources or organizational updates.
• Maintain appropriate nonprofit and program records.
• Protect our participants, organization, and website from misuse.

Children and teenage participants

Our mission serves teenage girls. A parent or guardian should complete or review registration forms for a minor and provide permission before participation. We use youth information only for program review, communication, safety, and service delivery.

If a parent or guardian believes that a minor submitted information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, remove it.

Service providers and external websites

We use established third-party services to operate parts of our work. These may include Google Forms for registrations, Google Calendar and Google Meet for scheduling, FormSubmit for website submissions, PayPal and DAF Direct for donations, and our website-hosting provider.

When you follow a link to one of these services, its privacy practices and terms also apply. Donation payment information is processed by the selected payment provider and is not stored directly on this website.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only as needed to operate an authorized service, comply with law, protect safety, or respond to the person who submitted it.

Security, retention, and choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to information to those who need it for nonprofit operations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, nonprofit recordkeeping, safety, or legal obligations. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
